All Courses I agree to hire from Passmasters a motorcycle/scooter or equipment for my tuition. I confirm that I have a valid UK provisional licence to ride. If I am using my own bike I confirm that it is fully legal. I agree that all riding and tuition is entirely at my own risk and that I could be liable to prosecution if I commit any road traffic offences. I confirm that I will check that any machine used in an on road situation complies with all legal requirements. I am aware that Passmasters only provide machine insurance cover for their bikes and do not provide any personal accident/injury insurance coverFull Licence courses I am aware that under the following circumstances I would have to pay for another modules 1 & 2 appointments. 1/ If I fail to produce all correct documents to the DSA driving examiner. 2/ Due to adverse weather the training course could not run and there was insufficient time to reschedule my test appointment. 3/ The test is terminated due to the machine developing a sudden fault, breakdown, puncture, accident. 4/ By taking a wrong turning and getting lost during mod 2 test. 5/ By not being ready to take the tests for whatever reason. 6/ By missing test appointments due to late arrival caused by weather, traffic conditions or from getting separated from passmasters instructor en route to the test centre.7/ Against Passmasters advise I requested a Mod 2 to be booked but I failed Mod1 so could not take test..
