Passmasters was established by our founder Graham Beattie in 1990, we have helped thousands of learners gain full and advanced test passes. Most of our business now comes from recommendations by customers and dealers. Our instructors are fully qualified and most have passed the advanced IAM or ROSPA tests. Our instructors and sites are approved and regulated by the DSA (Driving Standards Agency) an executive body of the Department of Transport. We are members of MRTA (Motorcycle Rider Training Association) and abide by their rules and code of conduct. We have a large fleet of modern well maintained motorcycles, scooters and mopeds to hire to our customers and can provide equipment hire.Passmasters also have a dedicated scooter arm to the company with qualified instructors that are scooter enthusiasts. We are practically the only rider training school that have traditional hand gear change Vespa motor scooters for hire on the school fleet. Why learn on a motorcycle if you wish to ride a scooter!  Above all your safety enjoyment and satisfaction is of paramount importance.
